Pam is currently the 340B Program manager for Day Kimball Hospital, a non-profit DSH independent healthcare system in Northeast Connecticut. Throughout her 20 year career as a nationally certified pharmacy technician, Pam has been involved in a variety of different aspects in the Pharmacy world including IT, billing, quality assurance, operations, purchasing, and 340B, both mixed use and contract pharmacy. Over the past two and a half years Pam has brought her nine years of 340B knowledge and experience into the 340B Contract and Specialty Pharmacy program management arena which she finds as challenging an opportunity as is a rewarding one.
Ashley Mains Espinosa, PharmD, MS, CPHIMS, FASHP

Ashley Mains Espinosa is a third generation pharmacist based in Denver, Colorado and serves as Director of System Pharmacy Business Services at SCL Health, a faith-based nonprofit health network. She has held a variety of leadership roles in informatics, inpatient & ambulatory operations, revenue integrity, procurement, and intern development. Dr. Mains Espinosa approaches a decade of experience in the 340B space representing covered entity and contract pharmacy activity for DSH, SCH, CAH, and Ryan White grantee covered entities.

VP of Pharmacy Services, Optimization, and Growth, SpendMend Pharmacy
An experienced pharmacy executive with an accountable and innovative track record creating and implementing key strategies in clinical, operational, and business aspects of healthcare. As a past Regional Director responsible for six 340B covered entities, he has vast experience managing 340B programs from very large DSH hospitals (400+ beds) to Critical Access Hospitals. While successfully passing two clean HRSA audits, he tripled the 340B value resulting in greater than $100M+ of 340B savings. Jake has extensive experience in optimizing the 340B program through day-to-day administration and compliance, program optimization tactics, and strategic growth tactics. He has held numerous national 340B leadership positions and been a strong advocate for the 340B program.
