Overview of What You Will Learn
Hospitals across the country are sitting on untapped value. Used medical equipment is often resold for too little, stored indefinitely, or sent to the landfill. With the right program in place, these assets can generate savings, improve operations, and support sustainability goals.
Join us for a live webinar as Curtis McEntire, Founder of Mazree by SpendMend, sits down with Dustin Chipman, Manager of Asset Recovery at Intermountain Health. Together, they’ll explore how leading health systems are building successful equipment disposition programs—and the lessons learned along the way.
Attendees of this webinar will learn:
- Why leading health systems create formal asset recovery programs
- How they coordinate across supply chain, finance, and biomed
- How they address common challenges like documentation and internal alignment
- What kind of financial and sustainability outcomes are possible
- Practical advice for IDNs looking to launch or scale a program
