Pharmacist Lead Auditor

Sabrina Allen has 21 years of Federally Qualified Health Center Experience. She most recently served as the Sr. Director of Pharmacy Services at a large Community Health Center/Teaching Health Centerwhere she was responsible for opening two inhouse pharmacies, implementing clinical pharmacy services, overseeing program growth thru contract pharmacy arrangements, and helping start a PGY1 Communitybased Pharmacy Residency. Additionally, she serves onvarious boards including the Idaho Medicaid DUR Board and Idaho State College of Pharmacy Alumni Board. Sabrina’s primary focus is to provide comprehensive program audits for all grantee covered entity types.

Prior to joining the SpendMend Pharmacy team, Jasmine managed the 340B Program for a large Federally Qualified Health Center in the Northeast, where she was also involved in clinical operations and various committees including Customer Service, Professional Development, P&T, and Quality. Jasmine now specializes in 340B Program compliance, management and growth for clinic and grantee covered entities to help them achieve their 340B goals.

Director of Optimization

Chelsea has been with SpendMend Pharmacy for just over two years and currently serves as Director of Optimization while still maintaining some of her previous responsibilities as Lead Pharmacist Auditor.  Chelsea brings diverse experience to the team, having previously served as Inpatient Pharmacy Manager for a 500+ bed disproportionate share hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as Pharmacy Operations Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Center in Bangor, Maine. In both roles, she was responsible for operational and integrated clinical pharmacy services, while managing and growing each of their 340B programs. While in Maine, she also served as Residency Director for the Community Pharmacy PGY1 Residency Program, and Residency Coordinator for the Health Systems Pharmacy Administration and Ambulatory Care PGY2 Residency Programs. Additionally, Chelsea’s experience with the 340B program includes a rotation with the Apexus 340B Prime Vendor program during her Health Systems Pharmacy Administration Residency in which she contributed to the Contract Pharmacy sessions of 340B University; service as a faculty member at 340B University, speaking on In-House Pharmacy, Contract Pharmacy, and Hot Topics from 2016-2019; and presenter at 340B Coalition conferences speaking on 340B program operations and compliance.
