Around 2019 Jake left his role at Providence to start a company called Elevate 340B. Jake started that company to help Covered Entities optimize their 340B program and their overall drug spend. Two years later, Jake sold that company to SpendMend. So Jake is a pharmacist, C-level executive, an Entrepreneur and a 340B expert.
