Tony Garcia is the founder and architect of the Rebate Insight software solution for Rebate Management. Tony has over 25 years of experience serving the healthcare industry, with leadership roles at a Southern California health system. He is an expert in materials management and systems management, with a deep understanding of the challenges of rebate management in healthcare supply chains.
Gabriel De La Rosa
Gabriel has worked in supply chain for over two decades starting in manufacturing and aerospace. Gabriel began his career in healthcare 10 years ago at Community Memorial hospital in Ventura County . Gabriel has been able to merge the data driven manufacturing world with the patient focused world of healthcare. Gabriel is a graduate of LaVerne university where he focused on organizational management. Having been a part of several industries he has been able to carry forward the fundamental supply chain skills and practices to the healthcare industry.
