About the Speakers
Nick Gnadt
PharmD, 340 ACE
Nick Gnadt, PharmD, 340B ACE is a Director of Pharmacy Professional Services at SpendMend. In this role, he oversees a team of experienced 340B Specialists who support clients’ day-to-day 340B operations for short- or long-term staffing solutions. He has more than 15 years of experience in health care and most recently served as the Ambulatory Pharmacy Director at a large integrated delivery network in the upper Midwest. In that role he oversaw the health system’s 10+ 340B programs, MTM program, and retail pharmacies. Nick also served on the 340B Health Board of Directors for 5 years.
Cat Webb
340 ACE
Cat Webb, 340B ACE, is a Pharmacy Professional Services Coordinator at SpendMend Pharmacy. In this role, she oversees the development, implementation, monitoring, and delivery of SpendMend Pharmacy Support Services. She also conducts independent external audits and provides covered entity support during the HRSA audit process. Cat has direct 340B experience as a former Pharmacy Business Manager at a district hospital in Central California. Her responsibilities included non-clinical inpatient and outpatient pharmacy support and planning, oversight, and direct responsibility for a 340B program for a 600+-bed (DSH) hospital, two in-house retail pharmacies, and contract pharmacy arrangements.
