    Dennis brings over 36 years of auditing and consulting experience, with the past 17 years dedicated exclusively to healthcare. Recognized in 2021 as one of the “Top 50 Healthcare Consultants in America,” Dennis has been a trailblazer in the field of medical device auditing. His journey in healthcare auditing began in 2010 when he conducted his first cardiac explant audit while working with Contract Management Strategies. He went on to develop the first Explanted Medical Device Auditing process, enabling hospitals to navigate CMS compliance with confidence. For the past seven years, Dennis has been at SpendMend, co-creating the innovative +Explant Portal. As a leader within the organization, he oversees both the Med Device Operations and Mock Audit Teams, ensuring hospitals achieve optimal compliance and financial stewardship in their explant audit processes.
